Vinification: late-harvest wine with a maceration characterized by the presence of medium to long grape skins, storage in cement vitrified tanks, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Refining: in large stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Colour: intense ruby red colour with violet nuances.
Smell: gently vinous with mature red fruit aroma.
Wine glass: gran baloon.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Gastronomic pairings: ideal with rich first courses with mushrooms and truffles. It is particularly good with grilled lamb, arrosticini (lamb skewers), bush meat, red meat. You can enjoy it also with seasoned cheese and charcuterie.
